We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accountant to join our pre-school team. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial operations of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting entries (fees collection, vendor payments, petty cash)
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and forecasts
• Coordinate with auditors and vendors
• Maintain fee collection records and liaise with parents regarding dues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or equivalent)
• Fresher OR 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of Tally/Excel/MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Good communication skills (English & local language)

Preferred:

• Experience in a school/education setting
• Knowledge of preschool operations and fee cycles
