As a Pre-Sales & Lead Management Intern at our fast-growing legal and compliance services company in Bangalore, your role will involve working closely with the sales and marketing teams to support pre-sales activities. This includes lead qualification, engagement, and pipeline management. You will directly engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements, create deals in the CRM system, and hand them over to the sales team for closure. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining and analyzing lead data to derive actionable insights. - Coordinating with clients to gather their requirements and ensure smooth communication. - Managing CRM records and keeping deal statuses updated. - Assisting in conducting training sessions related to our products and services. - Providing support in reporting, follow-ups, and client engagement activities.
