Pre-Sales Executive (Female)

You are a well-spoken, confident, and presentable Pre-Sales Executive (Female) who will be joining a dynamic real estate investment team. Your pleasing personality, excellent communication skills, and strong ability to engage potential clients with professionalism and warmth will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Handle and qualify incoming leads through calls and digital platforms - Present project details and offerings clearly and persuasively - Schedule meetings, site visits, and coordinate with the sales team - Maintain client relationships and manage CRM records Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Presentable, confident, and client-focused - Experience in real estate or client servicing preferred The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, health insurance, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, and provident fund.
