Role Overview:

dynamic and proactive Pre-Sales Executive (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification & Initial Communication

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company services.
• Understand client requirements and assess potential business opportunities.
• Gather and record accurate customer information in CRM/Excel.
• Follow call scripts and maintain professionalism in all communications.

Sales Support & Coordination

• Schedule meetings or site visits for the Sales Manager/Business Manager.
• Share company profiles, brochures, and presentations with interested clients.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain daily/weekly MIS reports.

Market Research

• Identify potential industries, companies, and qualified client databases.
• Support in research activities for targeted campaigns.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, responses, and conversions.
• Prepare basic reports for sales performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and data entry accuracy.

Requirements:

• Education:

  Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Tech preferred).

• Experience:

  Fresher or up to 1 year in telecalling/pre-sales (preferred but not mandatory).

• Skills:

• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Confident on calls.
• Basic knowledge of Excel & email writing.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with targets.
• Professional, disciplined, and consistent in follow-ups.
