Pre-Primary Teachers

• Curriculum & Instruction

  : Develop and implement creative lesson plans using play, songs, storytelling, and art to teach basic concepts and readiness skills.

• Classroom Management

  : Create a positive, organized, and safe environment, managing routines for nap, meals, and activities, and guiding behavior.

• Child Development

  : Observe, support, and encourage children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth, helping them build self-esteem and social skills.

• Parent Communication

  : Maintain open dialogue with parents, providing updates, discussing progress, and understanding children's home lives.

• Safety & Well-being

  : Ensure constant supervision, adhere to health/safety standards, and manage basic needs like feeding and hygiene.

Key Duties

• Planning

  : Prepare materials, design activities, and set up learning centers.

• Facilitation

  : Lead activities, guide learning, and act as a mediator for conflicts.

• Documentation

  : Track children's progress through observations, reports, and portfolios.

• Collaboration

  : Work with other educators and staff to improve practices.

• Role Modeling

  : Demonstrate good manners, positive attitudes, and problem-solving
