Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate learning for Pre-Primary students through play-based and inquiry-driven approaches.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with Early Years developmental milestones.
Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Observe, assess, and document each child's progress regularly.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.
Collaborate closely with co-teachers, coordinators, and the Early Years team.
Participate in school events, professional development programmes, and classroom enrichment activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree
Early Childhood Education / E.C.C.Ed / Montessori Training (mandatory).
Minimum
23 years of relevant teaching experience
in Pre-Primary or Early Years.
Strong command of English with excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of play-based, hands-on, and child-centric teaching approaches.
Warm, patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic personality suitable for working with young children.
Ability to manage classrooms effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
