Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre-Primary Teacher to join our early years team. The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) and have a strong understanding of child psychology, age-appropriate teaching practices, and classroom management for children aged 2.5 to 6 years. Key Responsibilities: Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Foster a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young learners. Use a variety of teaching methods including storytelling, games, hands-on activities, and creative arts. Observe and assess children’s development and maintain detailed records of their progress. Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's development and address any concerns. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment. Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff to support school-wide programs and events. Attend training sessions, staff meetings, and professional development workshops as required. Requirements: Diploma in ECCD (Early Childhood Care and Development) – Mandatory Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a pre-primary or early childhood teaching role preferred. Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about working with young children. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic knowledge of child safety and first aid is an added advantage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹11,820.52 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Fixed shift Work Location: In person
