Pre-Primary Teacher

We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Mother Teacher for our Playway Class (ages 2.5 to 4 years). The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, a nurturing demeanor, and the ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment. The Mother Teacher will play a key role in shaping the foundational experiences of our youngest learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate, play-based activities to promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Monitor and support each child's progress, ensuring their well-being and happiness.
• Foster positive behavior and social skills through interactive play and group activities.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and daily activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Maintain classroom hygiene and ensure a safe space for children at all times.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education (NTT, ECCE, or equivalent).
• Prior experience working with young children in a playway or preschool setting.
• Patience, creativity, and a love for working with children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of child development principles.
