Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering interactive, experiential, and child-centered lessons in PrePrimary & Primary settings, collaborating with colleagues to create cohesive learning journeys, participating in extracurricular activities, events, and the vibrant school community, as well as continuously reflecting, growing, and contributing to evolving educational practices. Key Responsibilities: - Engage young children in a warm, joyful, and stimulating learning environment. - Design and deliver interactive, experiential, and child-centered lessons in PrePrimary & Primary settings. - Collaborate with colleagues across grades and disciplines to create cohesive learning journeys. - Participate in extracurricular activities, events, and the vibrant school community. - Continuously reflect, grow, and contribute to ever-evolving educational practices. Qualifications Required: - Passion for working with young children, inspiring their curiosity and growth. - Clear and confident communication in English (knowledge of Telugu is an advantage). - Relevant qualification(s) such as B.Ed, D.El.Ed, or Early Childhood Education certification, preferably with 2+ years of teaching experience in PrePrimary/Primary. - Creative, flexible, positive, and willing to adopt innovative teaching methods. - Ability to work as a team player, open to feedback, and committed to fostering a vibrant learning community.
