Pre-Primary Teacher

We are looking for a warm, dedicated, and professionally qualified Nursery Teacher who understands early childhood development and can create a safe, joyful, and stimulating learning environment for young learners. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of child psychology, emotional well-being, thematic teaching, phonics, and effective classroom management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Learning

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging, and creative lessons using thematic teaching methods.
• Introduce children to pre-literacy and phonics skills
• Design hands-on activities that support fine motor skills, early numeracy, language development, and conceptual understanding.
• Ensure learning is joyful, activity-based, and aligned with early childhood education principles.

2. Child Emotional & Social Development

• Understand and support the emotional well-being of each child with patience, empathy, and care.
• Create a nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident, and motivated to explore.
• Observe children closely and identify any behavioural, emotional, or developmental concerns.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding the child’s progress, needs, and emotional development.

3. Classroom Management

• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and well-organized classroom atmosphere.
• Use gentle, child-friendly behaviour management strategies that build respect and responsibility.
• Establish routines that promote independence, cooperation, and smooth class functioning.

4. Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with co-teachers, assistants, and the academic team to ensure coordinated learning experiences.
• Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication and updates.
• Participate in school events, workshops, and professional development programs.

5. Safety & Hygiene

• Ensure the classroom is clean, safe, and child-friendly at all times.
• Follow all school policies on student safety, reporting, child protection, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications & Skills
MANDATORY : D.El.Ed, TTC

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹224,000.00 per year
