Job Summary
We are looking for a warm and passionate Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team in Amalapuram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and educating young children aged 2 to 5 years, creating a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct age-appropriate learning activities focused on early childhood development
• Teach foundational concepts in language, numbers, colors, and social skills
• Create and maintain a friendly and organized classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and behavior
• Ensure the emotional and physical safety of all children in the classroom
• Prepare teaching aids, art and craft materials, and other classroom resources
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and basic discipline among children
• Maintain records of student attendance, development, and observations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field Early Childhood Education or Montessori training preferred
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Pre-Primary or Kindergarten Teacher
• Excellent communication and child handling skills
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for children
• Ability to manage classroom behavior positively and effectively
• Basic understanding of child psychology and early learning strategies
