Roles and Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for pre-primary students, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents through regular communication, progress updates, and parent-teacher conferences. Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, assess student progress, and improve teaching methods. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and performance using our school's management system. Participate in staff meetings to contribute ideas for improving early childhood education practices within the school. Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of Montessori pedagogy and nursery education principles. 2-7 years of experience as a Mother Teacher or equivalent role in pre-primary education (preferably). Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong organizational skills required.
