Pre Primary Teacher

Position Title:

• Deliver age-appropriate curriculum focused on

  early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social development

  .
• Create a

  safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment

  for young children (ages 35).
• Use

  play-based

  ,

  experiential learning

  , and

  storytelling

  methods aligned with early childhood education best practices.
• Plan and execute daily lesson plans that include

  songs, rhymes, art, physical activities

  , and

  interactive play

  .
• Monitor and assess each child's development and maintain

  individual learning records

  .
• Establish positive relationships with children and help develop their

  self-confidence and independence

  .
• Communicate effectively with parents through

  PTMs

  , reports, and informal updates.
• Decorate the classroom with

  educational displays, childrens artwork

  , and theme-based materials.
• Coordinate and participate in

  school events, celebrations, and workshops

  .
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and discipline among students.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate

  in any stream (preferably in Education, Child Psychology, or Home Science).
• Completed

  Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / Nursery Teachers Training (NTT)

  .
• Minimum

  1–2 years of experience

  in a pre-primary or early years teaching role (preferred).
• Fluency in

  English

  (spoken and written).
