Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging lesson plans for pre-primary students, ensuring a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents through regular communication, progress updates, and parent-teacher conferences.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, assess student progress, and improve teaching methods.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and performance using school software systems.
Participate in staff meetings to discuss best practices, share ideas, and contribute to school improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience as a Pre Primary Teacher or related field (freshers welcome).
Strong knowledge of Montessori pedagogy and preschool education principles.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; strong organizational skills required.
