Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and creative Pre-Primary Teacher with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of early childhood development and be able to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children.

With a strong communication Skill
Better understanding of Pre primary Curriculum
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
Create a warm, caring, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and learning.
Use a variety of teaching techniques and resources to engage children in foundational learning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field (as per institutional requirement).
Training or certification in Montessori
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a pre-primary or early childhood setting.
Strong understanding of early childhood learning principles and child development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.
Creativity in designing engaging activities and classroom environments.
Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain discipline in a positive manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
