Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for young children (ages 35). Use play-based , experiential learning , and storytelling methods aligned with early childhood education best practices. Plan and execute daily lesson plans that include songs, rhymes, art, physical activities , and interactive play . Monitor and assess each child's development and maintain individual learning records . Establish positive relationships with children and help develop their self-confidence and independence . Communicate effectively with parents through PTMs , reports, and informal updates. Decorate the classroom with educational displays, childrens artwork , and theme-based materials. Coordinate and participate in school events, celebrations, and workshops . Maintain hygiene, safety, and discipline among students. Required Qualifications: Graduate in any stream (preferably in Education, Child Psychology, or Home Science). Completed Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / Nursery Teachers Training (NTT) . Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a pre-primary or early years teaching role (preferred). Fluency in English (spoken and written). Classroom and time management tailored for early learners. Familiarity with Foundational Stage under NEP 2020 and play-based pedagogy. Basic knowledge of child safety, hygiene , and first aid .
