Pre Primary Coordinator

Eklavya Sports School is looking for a dynamic and experienced Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead and oversee our LKG and UKG curriculum and team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in early childhood education, possess strong leadership qualities, and be committed to creating a joyful, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide the pre-primary teaching team (LKG & UKG) in planning and implementing effective lesson plans.
• Ensure the integration of foundational skills like literacy, numeracy, motor skills, social skills, and oral development through play-based learning.
• Monitor the quality of teaching, classroom practices, and student outcomes.
• Conduct regular classroom observations, feedback sessions, and training for teachers.
• Plan and oversee classroom activities, celebrations, assemblies, and co-scholastic engagements.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding curriculum, student progress, and school activities.
• Keep updated with the latest ECE trends, methodologies, and innovations, and implement best practices.
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment ensuring the holistic development of every child.

Key Requirements:

• Strong command over oral and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Deep understanding of preschool pedagogy, child psychology, and development milestones.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor teachers, resolve classroom issues, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Passionate about early childhood education and committed to nurturing young minds.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in handling school ERP systems and digital learning tools.
• Exposure to Montessori/Playway/Reggio Emilia approaches.
• Creativity in designing child-centered learning modules and visual displays.

Salary: Competitive and based on experience and qualifications
