Key Result Areas/Accountabilities: To ensure the upkeep of equipment so as to have uninterrupted production / operations. 1) Plan, Review and Analyze preventive maintenance strategy for the instrumentation in order to achieve highest efficiency of the activities for reliable and safe operation. 2) Provide technical advice during troubleshooting and corrective action of instrument breakdown or failures to find the root cause and best solution in order to restore the functionality back to normal. 3) To identify bottlenecking in Instrument Maintenance function and support to ensure timely delivery. 4) Having good knowledge about field instrumentation and general work experience related Electrical. Quality: Plan, monitor & coordinate Instrument maintenance activities of plant so as to ensure there is no loss of production and delivery within target cost & quality Parameters. 1) Develop a culture of Standardization in all aspect of work level from Documentation to execution. 2) Adopt and deploy Lean Manufacturing practices to reduce Waste, enhance 5S level, achieve higher productivity. 3) Train and develop team to deploy various Problem-solving skills for root cause analysis of chronic failures. 4) Ensure zero non-conformity under various Audits and compliances. 5) Deploy Best practices in the field to ensure zero-line losses thereby ensuring zero defects. Cost: To initiate cost reduction plan / measures. Innovation: Upgrading, Reviewing & Implementing new suggestion / schemes for better profitability People Development: Nurturing & develop human talent to create future leaders. Safety: To ensure systemize safe working condition & also meet the statutory compliances. . 1) Recommending and ensuring Safe Working Procedures. 2) Monitor slippages and implementation of corrective actions against unsafe condition. 3) Making people aware about high performance safety culture
