About Prayatna Counselling Center: Prayatna is a leading counselling and early intervention center dedicated to mental health and special education. We aim to create awareness and provide expert guidance to individuals, families, and corporate employees through professional counselling and mental wellness programs. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Marketing Manager who can handle our online presence and develop strategic corporate tie-ups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for digital marketing, social media management, brand building, and corporate outreach to expand our services. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Create, schedule, and manage high-quality content, including posts, reels, blogs, and videos in Hindi and English. Track engagement metrics and optimize content for better reach and impact. Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages professionally. Marketing & Corporate Tie-ups: Identify and connect with corporates, HR professionals, and wellness programs for potential collaborations. Develop proposals and presentations to pitch mental health and employee wellness programs. Plan and execute corporate mental health workshops, stress management sessions, and wellness activities. Maintain relationships with existing partners and explore new business opportunities. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts. Branding & Promotions: Work on branding strategies to position Prayatna as a thought leader in mental health and counselling. Collaborate with designers and content creators for promotional materials. Handle paid advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for lead generation. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Masters in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and corporate outreach. Strong knowledge of social media trends, branding, and lead generation strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills for corporate tie-ups. Experience in mental health or wellness marketing is a plus. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
