Responsibilities: 1. Lead Management & Customer Communication Call new leads received from Tradeindia and other such platforms. Understand their requirements, introduce company products to generate interest. Follow-up to convert leads into potential customers. Visit prospective clients on the field when required to understand their needs and present product offerings. 2. Customer Relationship & Feedback Build long-term customer relationships through timely communication and service support. Collect feedback from existing customers on product quality, delivery, and service experience. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer queries promptly. 3. Sales Coordination & Documentation Prepare quotations, sales invoices, and purchase orders (POs). Ensure all sales-related documentation is complete, accurate, and filed systematically. Support the team in maintaining an updated customer database and sales records. 4. Payment & Collection Follow-Up Regularly follow up with customers for pending payments. Share payment status reports with the management on timely basis. Maintain strong communication and professionalism in all payment-related interactions. 5. Reporting & Analytics Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS covering leads, enquiries, sales performance, collections etc. Present insights to the management team for decision-making and process improvement. 6. Inventory & Material Coordination Create various master databases Maintain accurate records of Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), & inventory updates in system. Ensure that all sales and material movements are properly recorded in the system. Assist in stock reconciliation and report discrepancies, if any.
