We’re looking for a creative Photo & Video Editor to capture and craft compelling visuals—events, campus life, product/brand stories, social media reels, and ads. You’ll own the full pipeline: shoot → edit → deliver. Key Responsibilities Shooting: Cover events (school functions, sports, ceremonies), candid campus life, interviews, product/facility shots; basic lighting & audio setup. Editing: Cutdowns, reels/shorts, promos, recap films, interviews; color correction/grading; sound clean-up; motion text & lower-thirds. Photography: Portraits, groups, product/flat-lays; RAW processing and retouching. Social-first Content: Vertical edits, hooks, subtitles, memes, thumbnails, and quick turnarounds for Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. Asset Management: Maintain footage library, follow naming/versioning, export presets, and backups. Brand Consistency: Follow brand guidelines, typography, and music/tone; bilingual (English/Telugu) captions when needed.
