नौकरी का सारांश: हमारे गारमेंट निर्माण विभाग के लिए एक कुशल सिलाई मशीन ऑपरेटर की आवश्यकता है। उम्मीदवार को औद्योगिक सिलाई मशीनों पर विभिन्न प्रकार के परिधान जैसे शर्ट, पैंट, ड्रेसेज़ और यूनिफॉर्म को सिलने का अनुभव होना चाहिए। उम्मीदवार को गारमेंट निर्माण प्रक्रिया और गुणवत्ता मानकों की अच्छी समझ होनी चाहिए। मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ: औद्योगिक सिलाई मशीन (जैसे सिंगल नीडल, ओवरलॉक, फ्लैटलॉक, कवरस्टिच आदि) का संचालन करना। कार्य आदेश, डिजाइन निर्देश और स्टाइल स्पेसिफिकेशन को पढ़ना और समझना। कॉलर, आस्तीन (स्लीव्स), कमरबंद (वेस्टबैंड), बटन पट्टी (प्लैकेट) आदि जैसे गारमेंट्स के हिस्सों की सिलाई करना। सिलाई की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करना और सीम (seam) को ठीक से संरेखित करना। सिलाई के दौरान और बाद में परिधान की जांच करना और दोषों को पहचानना। मशीन की बुनियादी देखभाल करना (धागा भरना, सुई बदलना, सफाई करना आदि)। गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण टीम और सुपरवाइजर के साथ समन्वय करना। दैनिक उत्पादन लक्ष्यों को पूरा करना और समय का पालन करना। कार्य क्षेत्र को साफ और व्यवस्थित बनाए रखना। सुरक्षा दिशानिर्देशों और कंपनी नियमों का पालन करना। योग्यता और कौशल: गारमेंट फैक्ट्री में सिलाई मशीन ऑपरेटर के रूप में न्यूनतम 6 महीने से 2 साल का अनुभव। विभिन्न प्रकार के कपड़ों और परिधान निर्माण तकनीकों का ज्ञान। विभिन्न प्रकार की सिलाई मशीनों पर काम करने की क्षमता। अच्छा हाथ-आंख समन्वय और सटीकता। मौखिक और लिखित निर्देशों का पालन करने की क्षमता। टीम में काम करने की इच्छा और सकारात्मक रवैया। शारीरिक आवश्यकताएँ: मशीन चलाते समय लंबे समय तक बैठने की क्षमता। बार-बार हाथ और बांहों की गतिविधि। बारीकी से देखने की अच्छी दृष्टि (या चश्मा/लेंस का उपयोग)। वांछित अनुभव (यदि हो): निटवेयर, डेनिम, यूनिफॉर्म या एक्सपोर्ट क्वालिटी गारमेंट्स का अनुभव। गारमेंट उद्योग में लीन मैन्युफैक्चरिंग या 5S प्रणाली की जानकारी। Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person

Job Summary: The E-commerce Executive in the textile and fashion industry is responsible for managing online product catalogs, optimizing the digital shopping experience, and executing sales strategies to drive revenue across fashion-focused e-commerce platforms. This role plays a critical part in presenting the brand’s apparel collections online in a compelling and user-friendly manner. Key Responsibilities: Create, manage, and optimize product listings (descriptions, images, specifications) on fashion marketplaces (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa Fashion,Meesho etc.) and brand website. Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure timely availability of product details and inventory. Monitor sales trends, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements for product visibility and conversion. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and fashion drops in coordination with the marketing team. Ensure visual merchandising standards are met in line with fashion branding guidelines. Manage online orders, returns, customer queries, and coordinate with logistics partners. Stay updated on fashion e-commerce trends and competitor activities. Key Skills & Qualifications: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations within the fashion or textile industry.
