Job Title: Software Field Sales Executive Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Pune Reports To: Sales Manager Job Type: Full-time Travel Required: Yes Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Software Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting with potential clients, demonstrating our software solutions, and closing sales. You will act as a key link between our company and prospective clients, helping businesses understand how our software products can improve their operations. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in assigned territory. Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demos, and consultations. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate software solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, competitors, and market trends. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Report sales activities and forecast to management using CRM tools. Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. 1–5 years of proven experience in software sales or IT solutions sales (field experience preferred). Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud solutions, or enterprise software (ERP/CRM/etc.). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Own vehicle and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory. Preferred Skills: Experience selling B2B software solutions. Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling approach. Prior experience in a high-growth tech environment is a plus. Job Summary: Protegk is looking for a qualified and experienced ELV Engineer to join our growing team in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and commissioning of various ELV systems, ensuring all work meets industry standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare ELV system layouts and shop drawings. Oversee installation, integration, and commissioning of ELV systems, including: CCTV and Surveillance Systems Fire Alarm Systems Access Control and Intrusion Detection Public Address Systems Structured Cabling (Data/Voice) Audio-Visual (AV) and BMS solutions Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams. Prepare and review technical documentation: BOQs, SLDs, data sheets, and test reports. Supervise site execution activities and conduct system testing & troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards (e.g., NFPA, BIS, IEC). Provide technical support and training to installation and maintenance teams. Assist in project planning, material procurement, and progress tracking. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication Engineering. 2–5 years of hands-on experience in ELV systems implementation and commission. Experience in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools. Familiarity with site execution protocols, safety standards, and documentation practices. Good understanding of industry standards and best practices.
