This role involves maintaining accurate stock records, organizing storage areas, supervising store staff or helpers, and ensuring proper documentation for all items received or issued. The supervisor must regularly check stock levels, avoid shortages, and coordinate with different departments like kitchen, maintenance, housekeeping, and administration to fulfill their material needs on time. They are also responsible for verifying deliveries, keeping the store area clean and organized, and following safety and company procedures. Store supervisor will be responsible for multiple stores, will ensure quality control and proper storage of all materials. Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain clear records (both digital and manual) are essential. Marketing Executive shall be responsible for communicating with guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by mail, telephone, or through a central reservation system. Will be required to create and maintain reservation records along with email and cell phone data of all our customers. Shall understand and communicate the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages and plans offered. Sharing of offers, pictures, facilities and packages with customers via whats app, e-mail and all other means of communication. Shall be able to use social media and communication applications. Actively selling of package to inbound callers, customer service associate shall be persuasive and posses brilliant communication skills, generating a positive customer experience. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service throughout the entire booking process. Contribute to Marketing strategies of the firm, meeting targets, goals and deadlines. A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, customer interaction, client management or any related fields.
