Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Head located in Jaipur. The Accounts Head will oversee financial operations, manage financial statements, and supervise account management duties. Responsibilities include the preparation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and leading the finance team to achieve organizational goals. This role will involve regular interactions with internal and external stakeholders to maintain financial health and transparency. Key Responsibilities Oversee financial reporting, MIS, and audit readiness Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting exercises Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements including GST, TDS, and statutory audits Implement and monitor internal financial controls and risk management policies Manage working capital, cash flow, and fund planning Analyze cost structures and recommend optimization strategies Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, banks, and vendors Mentor and manage the accounts and finance team Drive continuous process improvements and automation in finance workflows Provide dealership-specific financial analysis to support operations and expansion plans Track and report financial performance against business objectives Qualifications B.Com / M.Com / CA / CMA from a recognized institute or university Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance Preferred experience in automobile dealership accounting Strong understanding of taxation, regulatory frameworks, and ERP systems Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability How to Apply Interested candidates can share their updated resume at hrhead.automobile@pratap.co.in
