1. Marketing & Promotions Execute and monitor BTL (Below-the-Line) activities such as campus promotions, local activations, flyer distribution, vendor and institutions partnerships and kiosk setups. Coordinate with vendors for on-ground marketing events and branding materials. Conduct surveys and field visits to understand target customer preferences for cozystays and its allied food business. Understand market segmentation and execute go-to-market-plan to enhance brand visibility and brand recall in every customer's mind. Ideate, Plan, Manage and Execute marketing and promotion plans for the allied business which provides meal plans to students and working professionals on subscription basis. 2. Digital Marketing Support Ideate and Execute campaigns with the digital marketing team and track performance and results of such campaigns. Track engagement metrics for online campaigns and optimize for reach and performance. Manage Online aggregators for allied business of cozystays to increase brand visibility and sales. 3. Branding & Collateral Ensure brand consistency across offline and online marketing materials. Help develop creative content for local marketing campaigns—posters, banners, etc. Adept with Marketing tools (like Canva and more such tools) to create and ideate on creatives and communications. Ensure that the website and other communication channels are up to date with the latest information and communication. 4. Partnerships & Community Engagement Build strategic partnerships with corporates, vendors and colleges for both cozystays and allied food business. Build an extensive network of brand ambassadors who will be promoters of the brand. Organize and execute community events and referral programs to increase brand visibility. 5. Lead Generation & CRM Collect and manage potential tenant leads generated from offline and online channels. Build on increasing meal subscriptions to grow business and subscriptions. Follow up with prospective leads and assist the sales or property team in conversions. Evaluate and execute various opportunities to ensure a high retention rate of residents. Build channel relations with existing and new networks of people who will help us grow our brand. 6. Leadership and Mentoring Lead the strategy aspect of cozystay and its allied food business vertical for the company Develop marketing & sales strategy with C-suite for Cozystays and allied food business vertical Grow revenue and brand identity of cozystay and its allied food business in the market Coach, Mentor, Manage and Oversee performance of direct and dotted line reports Gather monthly, quarterly MIS reports of self and team for management Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written). Comfortable with fieldwork and willing to travel locally. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Prior internship or experience in real estate, hospitality, or ed-tech is a plus. Knowledge of digital marketing tools is an advantage.
