Job Description The Sales Account Executive will be the primary contact for B2B clients, managing relationships, driving the full sales cycle, preparing quotations and invoices, and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Office 365 tools. This in-person role requires excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities through research and outreach. - Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients. - Prepare and send sales quotations, raise invoices, and maintain transaction records using Excel and CRM tools. - Conduct regular onsite client meetings to understand needs and provide tailored solutions. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals successfully. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, agreements, and invoices. - Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and operations teams for smooth sales execution. - Prepare and analyze sales reports and client feedback for continuous improvement. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. - Provide post-sale support and timely resolution of client issues. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in B2B sales or account management. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools. - Experience with CRM and sales performance software. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize client accounts effectively. - Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills. - Willingness to travel locally to meet clients onsite. - Positive attitude, team-driven, and target-oriented.
