Job Description: We are seeking a responsible and target-driven Field Collection Executive to visit customers and collect outstanding dues/payments on behalf of the company. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork and have good communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: Visit customers as per the collection list to recover pending payments Communicate politely and clearly regarding dues and repayment options Ensure timely and accurate cash or cheque collection Submit daily collection reports and hand over collected amounts/documents to the accounts team Maintain good customer relations and handle objections effectively Escalate non-cooperative or disputed cases to the concerned department Adhere to all company policies and guidelines during collections
