Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, HR Heads, Procurement Managers, IT Directors). Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders for staffing services. Client Relationship Management Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Understand client hiring needs and workforce strategies to propose customized staffing solutions. Manage client escalations and resolve issues effectively. Recruitment Collaboration Work closely with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements. Provide insights on market trends, skill availability, and salary benchmarks to recruiters. Ensure quality standards and compliance with client-specific requirements. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through IT staffing services. Negotiate contracts, terms, and service agreements with clients. Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and business metrics using CRM tools. Market Research & Strategy Conduct market analysis to identify emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor activities. Develop sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and go-to-market plans for IT staffing services. Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and job fairs to build brand presence. Reporting & Coordination Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
