Highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in taxation and accounting software. Key Responsibilities: Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.). Ensuring accurate calculation and timely remittance of GST liabilities. Reconciliation of GST data with financial records. Staying updated with the latest GST regulations and amendments. Calculation and deduction of TDS as per applicable provisions. Tally Prime Operations: Proficiently manage daily accounting operations using Tally Prime software. Record and reconcile bank transactions, sales, purchases, and expenses. Generate various financial reports, including trial balance, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets. Maintain ledgers and ensure data integrity within Tally Prime. Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Supporting internal and external audits. Handling petty cash and expense reimbursements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven hands-on experience in GST, GST filing, and TDS filing. Demonstrable expertise in using Tally Prime for accounting operations. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
