Pragamana is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our business customer base and achieve revenue targets. This role requires a blend of strong leadership, deep software sales knowledge, and exceptional client relationship skills to ensure customer satisfaction and drive company growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic B2B software sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and expand our market presence. Lead, mentor, and motivate the B2B sales team, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure a high-performing and motivated team. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities by targeting potential clients and building strong, long-lasting client relationships. Work closely with key stakeholders and decision-makers in client companies to understand their business needs and propose tailored software solutions. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing agreements. Conduct market research and stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to inform sales strategies. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies, product offerings, and promotional campaigns. Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and territory analyses to senior management. Ensure a seamless customer experience by liaising with internal teams and handling escalations effectively. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. Proven experience as a sales Manager or in a senior B2B software sales role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. In-depth understanding of the B2B sales process and software as a service (SaaS) industry. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities. Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance metrics and market trends. Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
