Product Innovation & Development Drive the design and development of IoT solutions including real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, RFID/RTLS, and digital twins. Develop product roadmaps and manage product lifecycles based on customer insights and market trends. Cross-Functional Leadership Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, analysts, sales, and project managers. Foster strong collaboration with external OEMs, suppliers, and technology partners. Desired Skills & Experience 15+ years of experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role within IoT/IIoT domains.
