Role & responsibilities Define consulting offerings, update existing ones based on customer and market trends. Takeresponsibility for Pre-Sales activities such as customer proposals, acting as an anchor and collaborating with sales, practice and delivery teams. Ideate and come up with new use cases for technologies such as Gen AI including business problem definition and articulation of the tech solution and business benefits. Contribute to thought leadership based value creation through articles, blogs, lead magnets, and speaker sessions. Execute consulting projects including workshops, assessments and advisory engagements based on the offerings portfolio. Coach, mentor and guide colleagues; interview candidates for the consulting practice. Preferred candidate profile 15-20 years of experience in the IT services industry. 8-10years of prior experience in consulting, practice and pre-sales related roles. Goodknowledge in areas like Digital Transformation, AI & ML, Data Science, Data Engineering & Analytics, BI, Cloud, and related technologies. HandsonPre-Sales experience including exposure to working with sales and practice teams for bid management, proposal development and presentations. Musthaveexecuted consulting projects such as workshops, assessments and advisory engagements as an individual contributor. Strong knowledge of IT services project execution and delivery, especially with Global Delivery (Onsite-Nearshore-Offshore) in an IT services context.
