Role & responsibilities : Identify and develop new customers in the textile and embroidery industry. Build strong relationships with garment manufacturers, exporters, and embroidery units. Achieve sales targets and ensure repeat business. Conduct customer visits in Surat and nearby regions. Promote products from Madura Coats Pvt Ltd and Manish Threads. Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and trade events. Analyze market trends and competitors, share feedback with management. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for smooth delivery of orders. Preferred candidate profile : Graduate (Commerce / Business / Marketing preferred). 13 years experience in Sales / Marketing / Textile Industry (freshers with good communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and engaging in direct sales activities. The Sales Executive will also coordinate with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery.
