Organization Description : Prabhat Foundation is a Public Charitable Trust on a mission to help underprivileged, poor and needy people in society through education, skill development & various awareness programs. We aim to provide an excellent education to all children, focusing on low-income and under-resourced classrooms. The organization is committed to developing leaders who will drive systemic change and address educational inequity in India. Role Description : This is a volunteer role at Prabhat Foundation with flexibility for some remote work. As a Volunteer, you will be involved in various community service activities aimed at improving the lives of children in Howrah. Responsibilities may include organizing events, conducting workshops, and participating in outreach programs. This hybrid role allows for a blend of on-site and remote participation. These are the following roles Photographer & videographer Graphic Designer - 02 Video editor - 01 content writer - 02 social media executive - 04 Event Coordinator - 08 PR co-ordinator - 01 Fundraising co-ordinator - 02 sponsorship co- ordinator - 02 Volunteers make a minimum commitment of 50 hours and support a Fellow on a campaign. You will be working under a Fellow and guided by them. Qualifications : Prior volunteer experience or experience working with non-profit organizations may be beneficial but is not required Organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and in a team Flexibility and adaptability Interest in social welfare and community development Volunteers from the nearby area of Howrah will be preferred.
