Roles and Responsibilities Teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in various subjects such as English, Mathematics, Physics, Botany, Zoology, Sanskrit, and Education. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning and understanding. Conduct lectures, tutorials, workshops, and seminars to facilitate effective teaching-learning processes. Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile Master's degree (M.A./M.Sc.) or Ph.D. in relevant subject area with 3-5 years of experience as a Lecturer/Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor. Strong knowledge of education system and pedagogy principles applied to teaching practices. Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex concepts simply to diverse audiences. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high levels of productivity.
