Job Description 1.Key Responsibilities Perform precision SMD soldering and rework on PCBs (including fine-pitch ICs, connectors, and passive components). Assemble, wire, and test electrical/electronic panels, enclosures, and harnesses. Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings. Assist engineers in building prototypes, test jigs, and product assemblies. Conduct basic electrical measurements (voltage, current, resistance, continuity) using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and test equipment. Troubleshoot PCB assemblies and wiring harnesses for faults or quality issues. Maintain proper ESD handling procedures and ensure safe work practices. Report issues to the engineering team. Support continuous improvement in assembly and wiring processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in SMD soldering and rework (manual soldering, hot-air rework stations, microscopes). Strong knowledge of electrical wiring practices (crimping, stripping, routing, harness building). Familiarity with electronic test equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply). Ability to read and understand circuit schematics, BOMs, and wiring diagrams. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, steady hand, and focus on quality.
