The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of Financial Markets and Financial Products, especially Mutual Funds. Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills are essential, along with proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media. The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills are crucial. Existing media contacts and knowledge of current PR trends are considered advantageous. You should have 4-5 years of relevant experience, with a monthly take-home CTC ranging from Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 90,000, depending on your experience level.
