About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, foster strong relationships, and generate revenue in the Public Relations & Advertising domain. Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular engagement and follow-ups. Understand client needs and create tailored proposals to meet their business objectives. Business Development & Sales Generate leads through networking, industry events, referrals, and online research. Pitch agency capabilities, campaign ideas, and service offerings to decision-makers. Negotiate and close contracts to achieve revenue targets. Market Research & Strategy Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Collaborate with the creative, PR, and media teams to align proposals with market demands. Suggest innovative approaches to client campaigns for maximum impact. Coordination & Project Support Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met. Provide inputs for creative briefs and campaign planning. Track campaign performance and share insights with clients. Location - Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Gurgaon
