As a Corporate Communications Specialist at Agratas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons, located in Sanand, India, you will play a pivotal role in establishing, promoting, and safeguarding the company's brand image among internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing communication plans aligned with organizational objectives, drafting and editing various communication materials, collaborating with the design team to develop visually appealing content, supporting video production, managing social media channels, coordinating corporate events, and responding to media inquiries. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting research to identify opportunities for brand promotion, monitoring industry trends, providing administrative support, and actively participating in community outreach programs as part of Agratas" CSR strategy. To excel in this role, you should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and social media management tools, knowledge of PR principles and practices, and experience with media monitoring and analysis tools would be advantageous. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. A master's degree in mass communication, MBA, or related qualification, along with 3-8 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or a related field, are preferred qualifications for this position.,
