You are an experienced Content Marketing Lead who will be responsible for driving brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation. You should be a strategic storyteller with a passion for technology and the ability to convert complex concepts into engaging B2B content. A journalism background would be an advantage. Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, conducting research to identify content gaps, managing a content calendar for timely and high-quality deliverables, creating a variety of content such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, social posts, email campaigns, and PR materials, collaborating with subject matter experts, agencies, and freelancers for specialized content, optimizing content for SEO and distribution across channels, tracking KPIs, analyzing performance, and refining strategies based on data-driven insights, as well as mentoring junior writers and working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in cloud/data centers/enterprise IT. You must possess strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills demonstrated through a proven portfolio. Additionally, expertise in SEO, analytics tools, and content platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo, as well as excellent project management, research, and collaboration skills are required.
