Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Good analytical and numeric skills for fast data crunching. High level of motivation, determination and commitment. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in data analysis and reporting. A strong command of both written and spoken English is required; additional languages an asset. Hands-on with email/SMS/WhatsApp/RCS tools and customer engagement platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and campaign execution skills. Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
