The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of experience in a relevant field of work. You will be responsible for creating a team culture that emphasizes quality, trust, and superior specialist skill sets. Your role will involve fostering effective teamwork and relationships in the workplace while promoting an integrated mindset among key stakeholders. Your major responsibilities will include strategically planning quarterly and annual plans for your brands, planning and implementing integrated strategies for brands, and identifying opportunities to deliver award-winning work based on research and consumer understanding. You will also be tasked with establishing processes for cross-selling client services across the company and maintaining various trackers and strategy documents. In addition, you will need to conduct manpower mapping and salary budgeting for your team, identify opportunities for existing brands, develop PR opportunities, implement SOPs, and streamline communication functions. It will be your responsibility to distill observations from research, lead brand positioning activities, and develop innovative communication strategies in line with brand objectives. Furthermore, you will be required to audit services, challenge the status quo, identify processes and tools for improvement, and constantly think of innovative changes to drive value for clients.
