As a UX Motion Designer at our Digital Platform, your role revolves around elevating digital products by infusing them with elegance, intuitiveness, and compelling motion systems. You play a crucial part in enhancing usability, emotional resonance, and delight in modern banking experiences through your expertise in interaction and animation. Your primary responsibilities include designing and conceptualizing 2D and 3D motion design concepts that not only enhance usability and interactions but also bring a unique personality to our digital products. Crafting smooth micro-interactions and dynamic transitions that align with the brand's voice will be a key focus area for you. Collaboration is at the core of your work, as you will closely partner with UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers to seamlessly integrate motion into the overall product design and development process. You will also contribute to developing and maintaining motion design guidelines within the design system to ensure consistency across platforms. Advocating for user-centric motion design, you will leverage your skills to improve usability, accessibility, and emotional engagement in alignment with user research insights. Your technical guidance will be crucial in providing accurate motion specs and collaborating with developers to ensure optimal implementation for performance and scalability. Staying abreast of industry trends and tools is essential in ensuring that our motion design remains cutting-edge. Your key skills will include technical proficiency in tools like Lottie, Rive, Spline, After Effects, Figma, and advanced prototyping, along with strong design expertise in animation principles and interaction design. A problem-solving mindset, coupled with strong communication and storytelling skills, will enable you to conceptualize creative motion solutions and effectively articulate the rationale behind your designs to stakeholders. Additionally, your portfolio showcasing your best motion design work will play a vital role in highlighting your capabilities in micro-interactions, transitions, and system-level animations. In terms of qualifications, a bachelor's or associate's degree in a design or art-related field, along with relevant certification and training in software programs, is desired. With 2-4 years of experience in the field, you are well-equipped to excel in this role and contribute significantly to our mission of creating meaningful and delightful digital experiences at IDFC First Bank.,
