Job Description :-

• Nurturing Learning Environment: Create a safe, warm, and inclusive classroom that encourages student engagement, curiosity, and active participation, focusing on emotional, social, and cognitive growth
• Lesson Planning and Materials: Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans, utilizing various teaching aids, resources, and technology to enhance learning.
• Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student performance through various methods and maintain academic records, identifying individual learning needs and providing support.
• Parent Communication: Maintain consistent and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and overall development.
• Classroom Management: Manage classroom behavior, instill discipline and responsibility, and ensure the safety and well-being of all students.
• Creating a Love for Learning: Aim to ignite a passion for learning and encourage active participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

Qualifications: B.Ed, NTT Graduate with minimum 2 years of teaching experience.

Requirements - :

• Experience working with young children in a Pre-Primary or early childhood setting.
• Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methods and approaches.
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
• Fluent English Communication is mandatory.
