As a Planisware/PPM Analyst for mechanical and electronic development projects, you will be responsible for supporting project and portfolio management activities. Your role will involve administering and managing Planisware PPM modules, handling user queries, collaborating with engineering project teams, interpreting business needs into Planisware workflows, generating and analyzing project data, and ensuring data integrity within the PPM system. Key Responsibilities - Administer and manage Planisware PPM modules including Admin, Project, and Resource Management. - Handle user queries, resolve incidents, and support minor enhancements. - Collaborate with engineering project teams to align project schedules and resource plans. - Interpret complex business needs into Planisware workflows and configurations. - Generate and analyze project data using Microsoft Excel and optionally Power BI. - Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and overall PPM system integrity. Required Qualifications - 6+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Planisware or equivalent PPM solutions. - Experience in Planisware E7 or higher. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. - Understanding of mechanical or electronic development project environments. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team. - Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - Exposure to Microsoft Power BI or other data visualization tools. - Experience with Agile/Hybrid project methodologies. - Familiarity with R&D or Product Development processes. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, India. The schedule is a day shift, with the requirement to commute or relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of PPM experience and program coordination in R&D (mechanical/electronic).
