Coordination with Production team and arriving the production plan month on month. 8. Tracking of production and dispatch on daily basis against monthly plan. 9. Tracking of Raw and packing materials delivery as per schedule given by SCM 10. Organising the daily meeting with the CFT Team on Daily basis in order to meet the timelines. 11. Coordination with SCM team for Raw and Packing materials arrival in time to meet the production timelines. 12. Coordination with all CFT members to meet the monthly production plan. 13. Coordination with SCM for demand planning, Purchase, Packaging development for smooth functioning and accomplishing production as per customer requirements. 14. Monitoring and controlling inventory during the production process, Work in process materials month on month basis and participation. 15. Ensuring and Coordination of alternative vendor, Art works changes for the on-time execution. 16. MIS Reports preparation as per management requirement. 17. Monitoring the Slow moving and Non-moving materials and products on regular basis. 18. Ensure stock transfer materials/ New products launces/ Site transfer products. 19. To check SAP System in daily basis for material availability and requirement. 20. To prepare Goods Receive Note, Goods issue in SAP 21. Management of Training activities such as i.e. initiation of Induction trainings, On-the Job Training, Planned trainings, Unplanned trainings & External trainings in-coordination with site team 22. Coordination with vendors if any quality issue and ensure alternative materials arrangement. 23. To perform any other activities assigned by the department head.
