The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience and hold a degree in Any Graduate / Post Graduate. The position is based in Halol, Vadodara and offers a salary range of 5.00 to 7.00 Lacks P/A. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with Transporters for Daily Vehicle Schedules, planning and communicating daily dispatch schedules, updating customers on order status and dispatch dates, and maintaining various reports such as Sales Order Report, Open Order Report, and Dispatch Statement to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Furthermore, you will be required to liaise with CHA & FF for Export and Import activities, check and approve import/export documents, coordinate the submission of Original BL, and prepare various pre-shipment and local documents like Export Invoice, Sales Invoice, Packing List, E Way Bills, etc. In addition, you will be responsible for communicating post-shipment documentation to Export Customers, updating them on shipment and vessel schedules, and coordinating with various departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and PPC Team to ensure smooth operations and adherence to dispatch dates. This is a full-time position that offers benefits including Provident Fund and Performance bonus. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
