Job Description The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence. Role & responsibilities Oversee Master Production Scheduling (MPP) and ensure efficient workload/capacity planning. Manage raw material and sub-assembly flow to the workshop and finished goods distribution. Optimize supply chain performance and internal stock management (Kanban). Lead Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce lead times. Monitor and enhance downstream supply chain performance (BOL, OTD, Customer Lead Time, etc.). Act as Key User for SCM systems, ensuring data accuracy and system updates in SAP and local tools . Qualifications & Experience: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical (EEE) or Mechanical Engineering . 5-7 years of experience in production and supply chain management. Strong expertise in demand planning, inventory management, supply chain optimization, and issue resolution . Proficient in cross-cultural communication and data-driven decision-making .
