Role & responsibilities Scope includes the Design Engineering & developing complete localized SCADA hardware & Software solution, developing of controller hardware as part of WTG solutions. Provide SCADA system expertise through all phases of product development, from requirements definition through design, development, validation and product life-cycle support. Create all needed Documents for each component like Specifications, Reports, Test specifications, Commission support etc. Participate in qualifying potential supplier and audits, FAI together with supply chain Quality to ensure the specification and requirements are met (as per agreed specification). Make all complementary documentation for the components before installation (installation manual and service manual etc). Close Cooperation within HQ organization and with the cross functional teams. Participate in Design, evaluation of suppliers and document release reviews. Plan & organize technical program reviews and participate as a presenter or reviewer. Managing key interfaces across systems and ensuring key CTQ s in product and technical requirements are addressed. Create and maintain the BOM for components and sub-assemblies, understand the product life cycle of the components, spare parts allocation, BOM review, Master data for components etc. Prepare Validation test plan and follow-up on executing the test cases on time at the intended locations. Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks, in consistency with engineering policies and procedures. Technical support and co-operation with the shopfloor/ project team during prototype assembly and testing and ensure prototype functions are fully accordance to design. Support production / NPI to secure an effective introduction to series productions. Ensure 100% compliance to QMS processes, components and their use to international codes and safety standards /project /customer requirements. Preferred candidate profile Strong experience in development of SCADA system Hardware including all interfaces. Proficient in Renewable SCADA systems and its associated OT products knowledge. Good understanding of IT infrastructure- networking, Firewall, Gateway switches.
